MIRIAM MUKASA is Founder and MD of AfricaTalentbank.com (ATB), a digital Recruitment/Talent Management & Training company that utilises Web, Mobile applications, Social Media and Video to identify, train and recruit top talent on behalf of our clients & partners who range from fast growth start-ups to multinationals in sectors including: FMCGs (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), Mining, Management Consulting, Legal, Banking and, Venture Capital. ATB also hosts events for youth looking to enter the Corporate world or those looking to start their own businesses. These events include: Careers Fairs, Corporate Graduate Open Days and Entrepreneur bootcamps.
As Managing Director, Miriam is responsible for day-to-day operations at ATB, as well as designing, developing and implementing strategic plans for the organisation. Miriam is a Prince2® UK registered (Project Management) Practitioner – PRINCE2® is valuable for those who need to set up and manage complex projects or, those involved in large-scale project work, and are looking for a best-practice methodology. Miriam has over fourteen years HR experience, having worked in recruitment at the Institute of Cancer Research, UK – one of the world’s leading cancer research organisations (rated top in Europe).
Miriam is a graduate of Sussex University, UK and holds a B.A. honours degree in Economics. She also holds British Psychological Society (BPS), Level A Certification in Psychometric (Aptitude/Ability) testing which enables ATB to administer and manage (in-house), psychometric tests from leading suppliers including, SHL, Talent Q, and Pearson – the world’s leading education company.
In Europe, Miriam runs business workshops training members of staff (including departmental heads), from various multinationals including: Siemens, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca and GKN plc – the global engineering group. See contact details below:
