Wanjiru Akinyi is the Manager for Human Capital Practice at the Centre for Lean Six Sigma (CLSS), which is a training and performance improvement consulting firm that offers solutions focusing in areas of interest.
CLSS is a recently incorporated management consulting company in the Republic of Kenya with the mission of providing Six Sigma and Lean methods training and performance improvement services to local large and Small Medium Enterprises with the goal of helping them to achieve sustainable profitability and growth in their particular sector.
As Manager for Human Capital Practice, Wanjiru is responsible for delivering Human Capital solutions to challenges affecting the success of small-business companies. She develops plans to support each individual client company initiatives which may include: change management, turnover reduction, improved employee relations, management training, compensation strategy, or any other human resources topic necessary to meet clients’ business goals.
Wanjiru is an HR professional, with over five years integrated human resource management experience together with practical, academic skills acquired through training and education. She is a graduate of the Kenya Methodist University and holds a BBA degree in Human Resource Management. She also holds a Higher National Diploma from the Institute of Human Resources Management.
