Joseph P Muga is an International Business Strategy and Performance Improvement consultant with over 20 years of experience assisting executives of some of the world’s leading companies to implement game changing strategies to transform their business.  He is a subject matter expert in strategy and operations, Lean Six Sigma methodologies and deployment of business process improvement in various industrial sectors.

He holds an MBA Degree from Wharton School of Business, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Doctoral Studies in International Business and Economics.
