There’s nothing better for a man to do than to eat and drink and to find satisfaction all the days of his life. Therefore, make it your lead life ambition to have a merry heart, to delight yourself in the dealings of life and to laugh every day because a merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance.

Laughter brings joy to the heart and strength to the bones; laughter is the best medicine and prolongs your life many years. Surround yourself with company that makes you laugh. Consume content that leaves you in stitches, laughing your head off every day. That is the kind of energy that makes for a bubbly life.

Laugh at your errors, of course learn from them but also ridicule your mistakes. Plot mischief with your loved ones; harmless mischief to arouse laughter, prank each other, watch a lot of comedies, unwind with funny moments and you will be surprised by the longevity of your life and the state of your welfare.

Laughter draws people together in ways that trigger healthy physical and emotional changes in the body. Laughter strengthens your immune system, boosts mood, diminishes pain, and protects you from the damaging effects of stress. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humour lightens your burdens, inspires hope, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert. It also helps you release anger and forgive sooner.

With so much power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing your relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to use. Make your home therefore a sanctuary of joy and laughter.
