“Four cows lived in a forest near a meadow. They were good friends and did everything together. They grazed together and stayed together, because of which no tigers or lions were able to kill them for food.

But one day, the friends fought and each cow went to graze in a different direction. A tiger and a lion saw this and decided that it was the perfect opportunity to kill the cows. They hid in the bushes and surprised the cows and killed them all, one by one.”

Sometimes we never know what battles we win just by living together in unity.  As a couple, you may never realize that by being together and at peace, your business is doing well as a result. At your workplace, you may never realize the achievements you have made so far are as a result of the cooperation with colleagues. In your family,  you may not realize that the reason you are all doing well is thanks to this co-existence.

We can only realize the value of unity when things fall apart. As you start wishing for separation from your spouse, sibling, business partner, co-worker etc. think of all the things you have conquered as a team. Consider the strengths of your unity, then re-evaluate your decisions.

“Unity is a beast in itself. If a wolf sees two little boys playing together on one side of the woods and a big strong man on the other side. He will go for the one who stands alone.”- Suzy Kareem
