There is a time for everything under the sun: a time to eat and a time to drink; a time to build and a time to destroy; a time to nurture and a time to uproot; a time of war and a time of peace; a time to rejoice and a time to mourn; seed time and harvest time. There is a time for everything under the sun.
When you look at the terrain around you, it tells a story of the mountain top and the valley bottom, the seasons that come; spring, summer, autumn & winter are indicative of the experiences we go through in life. Be encouraged, for you are not alone.
Number your days and make your experience worthwhile before the silver cord is severed and the sun sets on your life. The days of a man are few, once his lamp is switched off, he is deemed to have passed through the earth like a shadow. Live your life in such a way that you will be remembered long after you are gone
Prioritize your happiness, esteem your peace of mind, and schedule your pleasures. Pain for sure will schedule itself. Surround yourself with a strong support team. You need that support network in your social circle. Be tender, be kind, be considerate and be helpful to others; for everyone you meet is battling a struggle you know little about
When you are lifted and high, help those beneath you, empower those around you. When you are low, and defeated, step out for a laugh, reach out to your close ones and laugh at your misery, savour the moment and bounce back thereafter.
Until we speak again, I am your host Mitchell Odhiambo. Welcome to a man’s world. To get a female perspective on this, read Mercy’s post HERE
