Location: UoN sports ground

Monday                                              Full Body Workout & Abs
Tuesday                                              REST
Wednesday                                       HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) OBLIQUES
Thursday                                           REST
Friday                                                 Strength and Endurance  Training & Core Workout
Saturday                                            REST
Sunday                                               REST
NOTE:
1. Workouts will be 45mins, max 1 hour
2. The workout days will be 3 days maximum for a start, unless otherwise , due to unavoidable  circumstances
3. Training time will be in the evening from  5.30pm to 6.30pm
4.  Eat at least one banana OR 4 slices of brown bread and a glass of water  30-45mins before training.
Feel free to turn up on the days above (Mon, Weds, & Fri).
