DAYS WORK OUT
- Monday Full Body Workout & Abs
- Tuesday REST
- Wednesday HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) OBLIQUES
- Thursday REST
- Friday Strength and Endurance Training & Core Workout
- Saturday REST
- Sunday REST
- NOTE:
- 1. Workouts will be 45mins, max 1 hour
- 2. The workout days will be 3 days maximum for a start, unless otherwise , due to unavoidable circumstances
- 3. Training time will be in the evening from 5.30pm to 6.30pm
- 4. Eat at least one banana OR 4 slices of brown bread and a glass of water 30-45mins before training.
- Feel free to turn up on the days above (Mon, Weds, & Fri).
