Psychometric tests are becoming an increasingly popular assessment tool in recruitment. If you are thinking of applying for jobs in international companies, then the chances of you having to sit an aptitude/ability test are high – hence why ATB has introduced this as part of our registration process.  We would like you to get as high marks as possible and that is the reason why we recommend that you sit for the practice tests below BEFORE you attempt the ATB Entrance Test – Core Abilities Assessment.

I. Numerical Reasoning test examples (Do not use a calculator for this practice test. Just pen and scrap paper) – This test is similar to those used by many employers when recruiting. It also shows how the answers are worked out

II. Verbal Reasoning test examples – Most employers who use psychometric tests in graduate selection will include a verbal reasoning test. This is because there are very few graduate careers which don’t require the ability to understand, analyse and interpret written information, often of a complex or specialised nature.

III. Verbal Logic Test – This practice test involves verbal logic puzzles, some of which have a numerical element. They test your ability to think logically, analytically and numerically, and also to extract meaning from complex information.

IV. Logical Reasoning test examples – tests your ability to think logically and analytically
