All of us have either used fire from whatever source at one time or the other in our lives. Many processes use heat and the major source of that is from heat gotten from setting alight combustible materials to produce a flame. The intensity of the heat from the flame is dependent on the materials burning and the longevity of the flame is depedant on the continuous supply of the combustile.

Every one of us have ambitions within us and they usually give us a burn in our hearts though not like that one from an open flame. The question I usually ask myself is this: why do people fail to achieve high levels of success in their lives? After further probing,I realized that though all of us wish to get there, few of us put enough efforts into achieving the same. Most of us stop at the level of wishes but never take it past that. Imagine placing food on a gas cooker when the gas cylinder is empty, or even attempting to drive a car without fuel?

In the same way that a flame is sustained by fuel, this too applies with our dreams and visions. We need to keep fueling them through doing the things that help us move closer their realization. You cannot expect to be successful if you insist on waking up way past sunrise or absconding duty to attend to personal matters which is of no value. You need to keep improving your self through continuous learning, keeping company of the right people and respecting study or work time.  If you feel as if your dreams have stagnated, check your fuel tank.
