When last did you laugh? Really laugh, unrestrained and joyous from your belly?Seek out people and experiences that encourage laughter and remember laughing releases some feel good hormones. It’s really the best medicine. (Judith Mwabobia True Love).

Finishing the 8 4 4 system comes with its hurdles that border around finding self and realizing what you really want to do not to mention the pressure of finding a job. All these have been keeping me on my toes but a couple of weeks ago, I met Amos. He is a very intelligent and some what unusual of guys. At first sight you’d think he’s very quiet until you get to know him and he unleashes his humorous side. I can’t help but laugh as I write about this 😄😄. Last week, the topic of Africa becoming more and more westernized cropped up. He couldn’t seem to understand why Kenyan ladies hold flowers as a gift so highly. “That is a foreign concept! Dame wa Kenya anahitaji watermelon ama ugali na gaquarter” Amos said and I am still laughing over this. Seeking experiences and people that make you laugh more, comes so effortlessly. Get some good comedies, switch off your phone and just laugh. If possible get someone to tickle you 😄 (okay this is over board but if you can, please do). Life is too short to stay gloomy.   Have a laugh(ly) week
